Shipping Information:

• Reborn Supplies Planet charges a $5 flat rate shipping fee. We offer Free Shipping for orders over $99.

• The flat rate/free shipping plan applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States.

• For legal and insurance reasons, we are required to claim the full value of the order on all customs documents for all international shipments. This value is the price you payed for the order, not including shipping. If you have a concern about the amount of customs fees that you may be charged, please contact your local authorities. Customs fees are a tax levied by your country, and Reborn Supplies Planet has no control over them, nor any knowledge of what they might be.

• Most USA orders ship within 2-3 days. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and an estimated delivery time will be indicated. Occasionally, these orders may arrive in separate boxes. International Orders ship within 5-7 days.

• If multiple items are ordered and one or more items are on backorder, we will ship all available items immediately and then ship the backordered items later at no additional cost. If any item is backordered, you will be notified within 48 hours.

Exchanges & Returns:

• If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Reborn Supplies Planet is happy to accept returns or exchanges on most of our items, within 30 days of purchase. Please call us at 1-866-380-2417 or email us at info@rebornsuppliesplanet.com to arrange a return or exchange.

• The customer must pay the return shipping fee (shipping, in either direction, is never refunded unless the return was due to a mistake made at Reborn Supplies Planet).

• All exchanges are handled as a refund for the original item, followed by a new order for the new item (you can see from that we don't really do exchanges-- we only do refunds, which leaves you free to reorder whenever you wish, and it gives us a simple, uniform way to handle all returns).

• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us and we will correct the problem.

• All items must be returned in an "unused and original condition" in its original packaging.
